Hey I'm Tay! I'm a Licensed Registered Dietitian & Personal Trainer

After losing 3 amazing women in my family to Breast Cancer and learning that I also have a gene mutation that increases my lifetime risk, I decided to do everything in my power to lower the odds. As I was also becoming a Registered Dietitian at the time, I dove into the research and was amazed by what I was finding about the healing powers of a plant-based diet. Once I learned even more about the cruelty of the animal agriculture industry and the detrimental environmental impact, it was a no brainer for me. When I made the switch, I lost 20 pounds, improved my digestion, energy levels, skin, and just felt absolutely incredible while eating more than ever! I immediately knew my mission was to help others feel and look their best on a vegan diet while also lowering their risk of every single chronic disease to prevent the kind of loss that I have experienced.   • Is it hard to stay motivated to complete the program since it is self paced?

    In the first module I breakdown exactly how to follow the program, including a suggested timeline, how to set reminders for yourself, and will also give you access to my "close friends" instagram story and private facebook group for weekly motivation.

  • Do I need to track my food in an app to be successful?

    You have the option to track and I show you exactly how to in a flexible way so you don't become obsessed with the numbers. Food tracking is an educational tool you can use to learn about vegan nutrition and how to eat for your body. It is not something you need to do forever, just a stepping stone until you feel more confident on how to eat intuitively and listen to your body. If you don't want to track at all I have provided an alternate option as well!

  • What is the alternate option to food tracking?

    I have developed portion guidelines for each calorie level so you can focus more on building balanced meals and less on the numbers. There are also over 14 done-for-you meal plans for each calorie level that you can follow as well.

  • Is there anything specific I need to get beforehand in order to do this program?

    All you will need is a journal and internet access. You will also need a Facebook account in order to join the private community. (Or you can make one just for this program)

  • I know this is self-paced, but how long does it typically take to see results?

    I recommend following this program over a 3 month period. This is a realistic amount of time to learn, implement, build solid habits, and begin to see some lasting changes.

  • I'm Gluten Free, can I still do the program?

    Yes! Most of the recipes provided are naturally gluten free. All other recipes include gluten free substitution guidelines.

  • This program sounds great, but I still have some questions/concerns, what should I do?
